This is the Chronicle of the land of Cashew. Flaming rivalries and generational feuds form the foundation of the Chancellors power. Welcome!
This is the chronicle, musings and hidden secrets of the tumultuous events of year 484 in the land of Cashew.
The Chancellors realm. We made an error when we set up the new map. WE didn't save the cards for the areas ruled by the emperor. It was a good game non the less but, perhaps, this gave the Chancellor a little help.
And this is the Chronicle written by dubious Flounder the Bard.
With a deep feeling of rightfulness the aging Minister gazed out over the Ferlie Wally. Years had passed since he claimed power and staved off the defiling exiles that didn’t accept his title of Chancellor. Even though Robin the Righteous had brought stability and peace to the land of Cashew there were still whispers of the Chancelloress and how he might have come to power.
In recent years these whispers had grown louder and louder both in the fecund capital and in the verdant provinces. The exiles were moving again. The whisper would soon erupt in a battle cry ending the years of peace trying to disrupt the stability.
The Chancellor traveled to the provinces to gain territory and conduct business.
With much haste the two exiles maneuvered to take control over the nations banners. Fred, the black exile used gossip and secrecy to gain the Banner of the Darkest Secret while Andy, the orange exile used toil and hard work to gain the Banner of the People's Favor. Both exiles presented their vision for the land of Cashew and thus putting immense pressure on the aging Chancellor.
In a bold move the Chancellor made some wild trades and travels and even got help from the orange exile so he could seize the Banner of the Darkest Secret disarming Fred de Freebooter while leaving him to stave off the threat from Andy the Bull backed by the People's Favor. He nearly manages to nullify both exiles with a After a series of battles Fred managed to wrangle both banners back in his power and all of a sudden he was the Oathkeeper as well as being awfully close to finishing his Vision. The fortunes of power balanced dangerously close to the edge for the Chancellor.
But it is not for nothing that the aging but oh, so cunning minister had held on to the title of Chancellor for so long. In a series of swift campaigns and secret-telling he regained both banners and ended the long conflict as the Oathkeeper. His reign would live on as would the stability for the lands. The pesky exiles would sure continue to whisper, bicker and even dream of turning to other forms of rule, battle and conflict. The chancellor was safe, the stability was safe. At old age the Chancellor had grown to love nature and animals and the land of Cashew was now bigger and lusher than ever. This pleased the Chancellor immensely.
The Chancellor managed to expand his realm to four provinces.

The new map. The Chancellor held the whole of the Cradle and one area in the Provinces.
And this is the Chronicle written by dubious Flounder the Bard.
The fair Chanselloress had vanished from the realm leaving the power to her dubious minister. The new chancellor stumbled out the gate giving a tired and disorganized appearance. In the hinterland the black exile, Fred de Freebooter, tried to gather his forces while the energetic orange exile, Andy the Bull, quickly establisher a monetary power house
Fred, emboldened by the Bandit Crown and his band of outlaws got the Vision of Conquest. The lord of the robbers looked to control the land of Cashew and detrone the whiley Chancellor.
Battles ensued all over the field and in a daring, pioneering move Andy lured Fred to his battle field with his Whistle and snatching the Bandit Crown and leaving Fred alone and hopeless. Andy controlling the banner of People's Favor, the Whistle truthful harp and now also the Bandit Crown looked to gain the power by the Vision of Sanctuary.
But as the exiles fought amongst themselves and in vain tried to attack the Chancellor the cunning minister ended the power struggle and remained in power (he rolled a six in round six!). The dusty exiled vowed to fight another day!

The dawn breaks at a new chapter of the Cashew kingdom. The Chancellor views out over his realm, the plains are quiet and calm. The citizens are contempt and focused. But something stirs inte the far hinterlands! The exiles have returned and they vill not go quietly, they will not stay calm.
In the first game of Oath the chancellor tried to stay in power, keeping the peoples favour while staving of the ambitious exiles.
Quickly a battle for control ensued in the provinces. The blue and yellow exile fought for power and drawing the chancellor into the fray. The orange exile fortified himself in the Great Slums deep in the Hinterlands while spreading his Vision of Rebellion.
In a daring attack the orange exile seized the banner of the peoples favour and thus becoming the Oathkeeper. The other exiles and the chancellor fought back but they only managed to delay the inevitable outcome.
As the the dawn set on the kingdom of Cashew the orange chancellor gazed out over his small, fractured lands. This battle was won, the throne was his. Should he be able to pass the throne to his heirs and create a mighty dynasty or be cast down into the forgotten abyss all too soon.
